【Notes on Mt. Fuji Climbing】
- You need to apply for the Fujinomiya Route mountain entry permit and pay the mountain climbing fee: Each person needs to pay a toll of 4,000 yen. This fee is not included in the travel fee, please pay online in advance https://fujisan223registration.com/2025/jp.html
- When applying for mountain entry, please temporarily register one of the following mountain huts, and change it to the actual mountain hut name on the day of departure; if there is no time to change, the temporarily registered mountain hut name will still be used, and it will not affect the mountain climbing (entry) procedures.

- ※【Departure before noon】Mountain huts above the 7th station ⇒"Yamaguchi Sanso" or "Goraiko Sanso"
- No registration for those under 15 years old
- The itinerary does not include any form of personal travel-related insurance. Please be sure to purchase travel-related insurance in your own country to be on the safe side
- There will only be Japanese guides throughout the itinerary. Basically, only Japanese and simple English can be used for communication. If there is anything you don't understand at any location, please be sure to confirm with the guide for safety reasons
- This itinerary is based on the premise that it will be held as usual every day. In the event of a typhoon, the trip will be suspended only if the "access road" or "climbing trail" leading to Mt. Fuji is judged to be difficult to implement.
- If the climbing trail is open to the 7th station and it is determined that the climb can be carried out, it will be carried out as usual (since it is not a trip aimed at reaching the summit, the decision on whether to implement the trip will not be based on whether the summit can be reached)
- If you originally planned to stay in a mountain hut above the 7th station, it may be adjusted to a mountain hut at a lower altitude due to the situation on the day
- If you decide not to stay in the mountain hut due to your own judgment, you still need to pay the relevant fees and there is no refund
- A guide will be arranged from the 5th station onwards. The free travel plan may require you to climb the mountain by yourself
- If you wish to rent equipment, the "Mountain Climbing Hut" can arrange the rental service of related equipment
- If the customer does not prepare personal equipment, the "Mountain Climbing Guide", "Guardian", "Mountain Climbing Safety Guidance Center" and other judges that it is not safe to climb the mountain, they may be asked to stop climbing and no refund will be given. Please understand
- If the customer withdraws from the trip midway, he will not be able to enjoy the subsequent activities and protection
- Please use the coin lockers at the fifth station for luggage not needed for climbing (except valuables). However, please carry valuables with you. Coin lockers are available in various sizes. If they are full, the fifth station facility also provides paid storage services. Please do not leave any items in the bus, as the organizer is not responsible for keeping them.
- If you wish to stay in a hut other than the original one (or stay temporarily), the accommodation fee must be paid by the participant and no refund will be given.
- If you fail to go down the mountain together when descending from the mountain top (Mount Fuji, Fujinomiya, Gotemba, Subashiri Exit), we will not provide services for the subsequent itinerary. Please understand.
- If you withdraw midway, fall or get injured due to personal circumstances, no refund or liability compensation will be provided.
- The 5th station of Mount Fuji is about 2,300 meters above sea level, and the summit is 3,776 meters. It takes about 6 hours to reach the summit and 3 hours to descend.
- If you feel unwell such as altitude sickness, please inform the tour guide immediately.
- The toilets at the 5th station of Mount Fuji are all paid (100 to 300 yen), please bring your own change.
- There is a shortage of water resources on the mountain, and there is no supply except drinking water. Please bring enough drinking water.
