What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
Your package includes a one-way private transfer between downtown Osaka and Universal Studios Japan (USJ), along with a skilled driver and the fuel fee. Child seats are available for purchase separately as an add-on.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email from the platform. The driver and car plate information will be sent to you by the service provider by 12:00 noon the day before departure. Usually, this information is sent within 24 hours before your departure. At the latest, it will be sent 2 hours before departure. Please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Wechat) before the participation date.
What languages does the driver speak?
The driver can speak Chinese or Japanese, does not speak English but can reply to customers via translator device. You can select your preferred language on the checkout page.
